So on April 3rd Mr.Raffaello Follieri was arrested in NYC for bouncing a $215,000.00 check!(allegedly).The check was to pay off the loan from a New Jersey business man.So if you're thinking the cops showed up at his place with sirens and handcuffs think again.This was just a desk appearance ticket,which they issue for less serious crimes.DAMN!Wheres the juice?!?!
This isn't Mr.Italy's first time in trouble with money or the law.Last spring he was sued by Ron Burkle(some BILLIONAIRE!) for spending 1.3 million on funds from a joint venture and private jets for him and his lady.
